Richard Clissold-Vasey is a business transformation leader focused on one question: how do organisations build climate and resource realities into the way they actually plan, invest and operate?

​Richard brings more than three decades of experience delivering complex strategy, digital and operational transformation. He has led global change portfolios, built enterprise programme capability and helped leadership teams turn strategy into measurable commercial outcomes. That background shapes a business-first approach to the climate transition, grounded in how organisations really make decisions, allocate capital and deliver change.

His current work centres on Integrated Value Planning, a framework that connects strategy, finance and sustainability into a single planning system. It helps organisations identify climate-driven risks and opportunities, prioritise investment, and produce credible transition plans that are actionable and governed for delivery. The aim is practical, funded transition that strengthens resilience, unlocks new value and meets regulatory expectations.​

Richard works on an impact-first basis, collaborating with organisations and industry groups to test practical approaches, develop diagnostics and share tools that make climate-integrated planning easier to implement.​ He is motivated by a simple belief: businesses will move faster on climate when it is clearly linked to performance, competitiveness and long-term value.
